The IPL 2022 Champion Gujarat Titans (GT) have released a new jersey ahead of TATA IPL 2023. The basic design of the old jersey and colour have been kept unchanged. GT management, this year, have allowed the designers to add some basic design elements that also include a ‘star’ right above the team logo on the chest. That ‘star’ signifies their title win last year. Gujarat Titans posted a video of the new jersey being stitched in a factory and later posted a photo of their captain Hardik Pandya posing in the new kit. Gujarat Titans can’t change the colour due the emotion of fans attached with colour in which the team lifted the trophy. As on one hand Lucknow SuperGiants, changed their colour on fans demand last year, GT have chosen to keep the colour. LSG, ahead of IPL 2022, changed the design and colour of the jersey. But even with this brand new jersey got nothing but mock from fans as the worst jersey ever in ipl history.
